Terms of service

These terms (“Terms”) govern your use of SignalFlow. By creating an account or otherwise using the platform you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your employer. If you do not agree, you should not use SignalFlow.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for any activity conducted under your account. Workspace administrators are responsible for managing membership and roles within their workspace.

Acceptable use

SignalFlow may not be used to store illegal content, transmit malware, attempt to subvert the platform's security, or scrape data at a rate that burdens our infrastructure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaged in prohibited activity while we investigate.

Fees & billing

Paid plans are billed per-seat, monthly or annually, in advance. Seat counts are reconciled on the first day of each cycle. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next cycle. Refunds are handled case-by-case within the first thirty days of initial purchase.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalFlow's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is capped at the greater of $100 or the fees paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
